La Caña
At the heart of the Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, La Caña Bar & Restaurant takes its name from the sugar cane crops that surround the town of La Romana and have been the driving force of the local economy since the 1900s. The restaurant highlights and elevates local ingredients within the context of French-inspired fare. Guests congregate at the bar and lounge area on a nightly basis to enjoy the sounds of local live music as well as hand-rolled cigars and an extensive selection of Dominican rums.
Altos De Chavón
Altos de Chavón is inspired by a 16th-century Mediterranean village in the heart of the Dominican countryside. Meticulously designed by Dominican architect, José Antonio Caro, and Italian master designer and cinematographer, Roberto Coppa, every detail of Altos de Chavón was handcrafted by local artisans.
The village is a cultural center for residents, tourists, and working artists worldwide. Active studios for artists of every medium in-between line the cobblestone streets alongside shops and boutiques.Â
