At Luxury Golf and Cigar Experiences, we take pride in curating exclusive, small-group events and luxury experiences. Due to the limited nature of our offerings, specific arrangements, and advance commitments to venues and partners, we have a clearly defined refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our secure Stripe checkout system. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your event details and payment receipt.
2. Cancellations by Participant
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible at hello@luxurygolfandcigarexperiences.com
Cancellation terms are as follows:

More than 30 days before the event start date: Eligible for a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Less than 30 days before the event start date: 50% refund.

3 days or less before the event start date: No refund will be provided.
3. Event Transfers and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another eligible participant by notifying us at least 14 days before the event. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
4. Cancellations by Luxury Golf and Cigar Experiences
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel an event due to weather conditions, venue changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel an event:

You will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future experience.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
We are not responsible for incidental expenses such as travel or accommodations.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Deposits (unless event is canceled by us)

Gift certificates or promotional offers

Custom add-ons or private experience upgrades

Travel and lodging arranged separately by the customer
6. Weather and Force Majeure
Events proceed rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events (natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue partial credits.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute through your card provider. Stripe disputes may delay resolution and result in administrative fees for both parties.
